By 12:00 PM - Arrival at Tuskers Hill Resort Welcome drink. Warm hugs, excited laughter, and the start of a beautiful weekend
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM - Welcome Lunch* (Catch up over a hearty buffet spread)
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Check-in* & Settle into Rooms (Time to unwind, refresh, and explore the resort) *Resort's official check-in time is 2 PM, but they will serve us lunch prior to check-in.
4:30 PM - 4:45 PM - Evening Tea & Nibbles (Served with a side of nostalgia)
4:45 PM - 5:00 PM - Mandatory Group Photo Session 1 (Colour themed. Red/pink shades sari / chudi for ladies. Blue shades for men)
7 PM - 8:30 PM - Cocktail Hour & Starters (90 minutes of drinks (cocktails and mocktails), veg and non-veg snacks and starters, and shared memories)
8:30 PM onwards - Buffet Dinner (Relaxed dining under the stars)
Day 02: Saturday, 9 August - Celebration in Full Swing
6:30 AM - Optional morning walk with friends.
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Buffet Breakfast (Begin the day with fresh air and local flavours)
10:15 AM - 10:45 AM - Mandatory Group Photo Session 2 (Official Reunion T-shirts for everyone)
11:00 AM - Mid-morning Coffee/Tea Break (Caffeine & conversations continue!)
From 11 AM to lunch time: Optional trekking or Jeep tours organised on request basis by the resort. (there may be extra payment involved for those who opt).
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM - Lunch (Gather for another round of delicious food and storytelling)
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Relaxation / Optional Activities (Spa, nature walks, or simply a good nap!)
7 PM - 8:30 PM -Cocktail Snacks & Conversations with DJ Night* (90 minutes of drinks (cocktails and mocktails), veg and non-veg snacks and starters, and shared memories. Cheers to 35 years of friendship! *Dance floor open! Let the family batch groove!)
8:30 PM onwards - Dinner with DJ Night (*Dance floor remains open throughout dinner time).
Day 03: Sunday, 10 August - Until We Meet Again
6:30 AM - Optional morning walk with friends.
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Buffet Breakfast (One last leisurely meal at the resort)
9:30 AM - 9:45 AM - Optional Group Photo Session - 3 (Casual clothes)
10:00 AM - Checkout & Depart for Thilagam's House (A one-hour scenic drive to continue the celebration)
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM - Farewell Lunch at Thilagam's Home (A fitting, personal wrap-up to a memorable reunion)
Post Lunch - Departures (With full hearts and promises to stay connected)
